PunggolSwimming.sg is operated by Swim2u, a swimming lesson provider in Singapore. This policy explains how we handle the personal data you share with us through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

When you submit our enquiry form or contact us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, contact number, your general address or condo name if you share it, your lesson preferences (lesson type, preferred days and timeslots), and anything you write in your message — which may include information about a swimmer's age, swimming ability, or health conditions relevant to lessons.

How we use it

We use your personal data to:

• respond to your enquiry and follow up on it;
• match you with a suitable coach, venue, and schedule;
• arrange and administer swimming lessons you book with us;
• notify you about things you asked to be notified about, such as the opening of Punggol Swimming Complex.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Who we share it with

Enquiry details are shared internally within Swim2u and with the coach assigned to you. We may also rely on service providers that process data on our behalf — such as our website hosting and email providers — solely to operate this website and deliver enquiries to us.

Analytics

This website may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site, using cookies or similar technologies. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Retention and protection

We keep enquiry and student information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we take reasonable security measures to protect it from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
